The property manager of this building in Val-de-Marne entrusted us with several jobs in the common areas.
In the electrical cabinet, we replaced circuit breakers. In the corridors and on the landings, the old lights were replaced with motion-sensor lights that switch on as residents pass. In one of the lifts, the car had no lighting: we restored it. Finally, outside, the old fittings above the entrances were replaced with LED fittings.
