About us
Since 2023, TOAM ELEC has carried out electrical installations for homeowners, apartment buildings, hotels, shops and offices in Paris and the Île-de-France region. More than 40 projects later, the method is well established: a dedicated contact assesses, prices and follows each project, and the team applies the same checks from start to finish.
Residential from studios to luxury villas, commercial, hotels, industry and railways: complete installations and safety upgrades, cable pulling and fittings, main switchboard wiring, reading and interpreting plans, chasing and fixing, safety equipment. For low-voltage systems — alarms, CCTV, access control — the work is done with a specialist, to deliver a complete solution without ever stepping outside our trade.
The name is no accident. It describes the method, in the order it is applied (in French).

Fittings and protection devices from recognised manufacturers, for a fine finish and an installation that lasts. Supplies from trade wholesalers, an equipped van and a storage depot: so that no job is held up for lack of a part.
We have been Legrand certified since September 2026. TOAM ELEC obtained Legrand certification on 22 September 2026 (training course "Become a certified electrician and energy-efficiency expert"). Premium fittings installed badly loses all its value: this certification attests to training in the manufacturer's installation recommendations.

The team
At TOAM ELEC, every project has a dedicated contact, a team that applies the same methods, and a management that guarantees quality. That is how we keep the same standard from a studio flat to a hotel.
Management
Before founding TOAM ELEC, Frénier Derineau spent fifteen years in power installation work, in four sectors with very different constraints. That experience shaped the company's methods. Projects carried out with previous employers.
01 — Hotels
Major international hotel groups, from the Champs-Élysées to the outskirts. Jobs in occupied premises, with fixed deadlines and constant attention to finish: the room must be let again the next day.
02 — Residential
This is where you learn that electrical work is visible. Aligned fittings and clean chasing matter as much as compliance.
03 — Offices and shops
Installations that must withstand heavy use, be documented, and be modified later without taking everything apart.
04 — Industry and railways
Power distribution, reading and interpreting plans. The rigour of these environments, applied to an apartment consumer unit, makes all the difference.
