Supply isolated, board checked, then all earth conductors reconnected to the earth bars.

A board with properly connected earths: the lighting, socket and heating circuits of the four rooms are protected again.
In a Paris hotel, the floor distribution board serving four rooms (lighting, sockets and convector heaters) had poorly made earth connections.
After isolating the supply, we removed the cover, checked the board, then redid the earth conductors and connected them properly to the earth bars. The circuits of all four rooms are protected again.
